PG Mall Sdn Bhd, a leading homegrown e-commerce platform in Malaysia, is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for our top-tier merchants, driving their success on our marketplace through data-driven insights, promotional strategies, and relationship management.
As a Key Account Manager, you will act as a consultant to our partners, helping them optimize their store performance and maximize sales volume. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where your ability to build lasting professional relationships and navigate the digital retail landscape will directly influence our platform's growth and merchant success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of key merchant accounts to ensure high retention and long-term satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans for merchants to increase their GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) on the PG Mall platform.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to analyze sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to execute seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor e-commerce trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to merchants.
- Resolve merchant issues or concerns promptly to maintain a high level of service excellence.
- Provide training and guidance to merchants on utilizing platform tools and seller dashboards effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in key account management, business development, or sales, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce marketplace dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive strategic recommendations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
