Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning Udi Marketing's solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients through proactive outreach and market analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure profitable agreements for the company.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences and solution delivery.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and regular reporting on account status and sales performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new growth areas.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales, preferably within the marketing, advertising, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas and managing large, complex client accounts.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
