Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client portfolios
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in key account management or B2B sales role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in CRM software
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop client-centric solutions
