Indofood is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead our sales strategy for key retail partners in the Jakarta Raya region. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews with account partners to analyze performance, identify trends, and develop growth strategies.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to ensure Indofood maintains a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and logistics, to ensure seamless product delivery and promotional alignment.
- Ensure strict adherence to company sales targets, KPIs, and shelf space standards.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales volume and market share.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance and account health to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of retail sales channels and distribution networks.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
