In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the company's most valuable accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
You will act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, bridging the gap between client needs and internal solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth, retention, and profitability.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with their business goals.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex client issues and escalations.
- Prepare accurate reports and forecasts regarding account performance and sales pipelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a competitive market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
