Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention of key clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, KPIs, and growth opportunities
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or client relationship roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking
- Experience in the consulting or professional services industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools
