Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key accounts through regular business reviews and personalized engagement
- Identify, pursue, and close upselling/cross-selling opportunities for complex ICT products and services
- Analyze client needs and market trends to propose customized solutions aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions
- Prepare and present strategic account plans, forecasts, and performance reports to leadership
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve escalations and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic account planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B account management or enterprise sales
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts in the ICT/telecom sector
- Expertise in complex solution selling and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret client data and market trends
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder management
