Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management
- Proven track record in relationship building and retention strategies
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of ICT solutions and industry trends
- Ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously
