- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and client retention
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with client objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to inform strategic account decisions
- Identify and pursue upselling/cross-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios
- Prepare detailed forecasts and reports on account performance and growth initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B account management or key client roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to develop data-driven account plans
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or related industry preferred
- Fluent in English and Tagalog with excellent written communication skills
