Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market share within the Consumer Healthcare & Wellness sector.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, and product) to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with client needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews and health checks with clients to address concerns, negotiate renewals, and drive contract growth.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to build brand awareness and professional networks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant field of study.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working as a Key Account Manager in the Consumer Healthcare, Wellness, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, contract negotiation, and strategic account planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market research.
- Valid driver’s license is required for business travel.
