Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market share within the Consumer Healthcare & Wellness sector.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, and product) to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with client needs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and health checks with clients to address concerns, negotiate renewals, and drive contract growth.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to build brand awareness and professional networks.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant field of study.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working as a Key Account Manager in the Consumer Healthcare, Wellness, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, contract negotiation, and strategic account planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market research.
  • Valid driver’s license is required for business travel.
