Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to expand market share and achieve ambitious customer acquisition targets.
- Identify and prospect high-potential accounts, building a robust pipeline of high-quality leads through networking and strategic outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery and proposal presentation to contract negotiation and final closing.
- Conduct professional consultative sales presentations to key decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite and competitive landscape to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting to leadership, ensuring alignment with regional revenue goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B account management, business development, or high-stakes sales roles.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
