Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to your assigned accounts.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve monthly targets.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure service excellence.
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to optimize sales strategy.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
