Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market share within designated regions (Luzon and Visayas).
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell products to existing clients to increase average order value.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery and superior customer service.
- Conduct regular site visits and account reviews to understand client needs and address concerns proactively.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and proposals for management review on a weekly and monthly basis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales within the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Luzon and Visayas as required by the role.
- Valid driver’s license and availability to use personal vehicle for business purposes.
- Proactive problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset and a strong drive to hit sales targets.
