Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to drive long-term partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to expand market share
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to ensure target achievement
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align solutions with client requirements
- Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts, reports, and strategic account plans
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of FMCG or wellness industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
