In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary interface between HYGR and our retail and B2B partners, playing a critical role in driving brand visibility, ensuring operational excellence, and maximizing sell-out performance.
You will be responsible for nurturing high-value partnerships, conducting deep-dive market analysis to optimize product categories, and executing in-store strategies that elevate the HYGR customer experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail and B2B stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end category buying process to ensure optimal stock levels and product variety.
- Analyze sell-out data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvement.
- Execute and supervise in-store merchandising strategies to ensure brand consistency and maximum visibility.
- Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and shelf-space allocations with retail partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely product launches and campaign rollouts.
- Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts to support strategic business decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Category Buying, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and retail metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and retail management software.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
