Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with national key accounts and major online retailers to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve volume, value, and profit targets.
  • Analyze market trends, shopper insights, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts to maximize mutual value and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Drive trade marketing activities and in-store visibility programs to enhance brand presence.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Key Account Management or Customer Development within the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex retail environment.
  • Experience in managing multi-tier distribution channels and navigating complex account hierarchies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
