Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the dairy and beverage sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in the West Region.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify growth areas.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and product availability.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B account management, preferably in the F&B, dairy, or beverage industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
