- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key digital and retail partners in Jakarta
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and retail partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of digital health solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide regular insights and reports on account performance and market opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales within healthcare/pharma
- Proven track record of managing digital and retail channel partnerships
- Strong understanding of Indonesia's healthcare landscape and retail dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM systems and digital health platforms
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
