Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth in Singapore.
- Manage and nurture commercial relationships with key platform partners such as Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, and Amazon.
- Lead the planning and execution of promotional calendars, flash sales, and platform-specific brand activations.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and traffic data to optimize ROI on trade spend and digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Supply Chain, to ensure product availability and seamless fulfillment.
- Optimize the 'digital shelf' through high-quality product listings, SEO-friendly content, and optimized imagery.
- Negotiate annual commercial terms and Joint Business Plans (JBP) with e-commerce retailers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce Management or Key Account Management, ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of managing major online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and achieving growth targets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and e-commerce analytics platforms.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
