Join Kelly Services as a Key Account Manager for our APAC Regional System & Services Team, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing and growing End-User accounts within the Public Sector segment. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with Kelly Services' comprehensive portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and identify new business opportunities.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow business within the public sector segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in public sector organizations
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, pipeline, and strategic initiatives
- Represent Kelly Services at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the public sector
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong understanding of the public sector landscape and procurement processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
