Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the F&B sector.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities to expand our market footprint.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales pitches and value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and account support.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and account reviews to senior management.
- Participate in industry networking events and trade exhibitions to enhance brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B account management, preferably within the F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, distribution, or food service sectors in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with C-suite executives and key procurement managers.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
