Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets for the Food Service division.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts to ensure high retention and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the target market segment.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including supply chain and product management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the FMCG or Food Service industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
