Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for the food industry? JAPFA Food is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Key Account Manager to spearhead our growth within the Food Services sector in the Makassar region. In this high-impact role, you will be the primary point of contact for major clients, including premier hotels, restaurant chains, catering services, QSRs, and emerging cloud kitchen concepts.
As our Key Account Manager, you will leverage your industry knowledge to build long-lasting relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure our high-quality product portfolio remains the preferred choice for top-tier culinary operators. We are looking for a commercial leader who can translate market trends into actionable sales strategies and execute them with excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and market penetration objectives.
- Act as the strategic partner for key accounts in the food service industry, including hotels, restaurants, and catering groups.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Makassar market to expand our client base.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess account performance and implement strategies for continuous growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure consistent product supply.
- Monitor competitor activities and market price movements to stay ahead in the competitive food industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the food service channel (QSR, HORECA, and industrial catering).
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Willingness to be based in or frequently travel to the Makassar area for client engagement.
