Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture existing Key Accounts to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively hunt for and acquire new franchise groups to expand the company's retail network.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure timely delivery of print and POS materials.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in the advertising and printing industry.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the Printing, Advertising, or Retail industry.
- Proven track record of managing franchise accounts or B2B relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid employment status in Malaysia (Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident).
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
