Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Generator Sets.
- Identify, prospect, and manage relationships with key accounts and major clients.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value sales contracts effectively.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to report on sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial machinery or construction equipment sector.
- Strong knowledge of Generator Sets and power solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and manage complex client relationships.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Philippines.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on meeting sales quotas.
