Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Ecolab's footprint within the hospitality and foodservice sectors.
- Serve as the dedicated subject matter expert for clients, providing advanced cleaning and sanitation solutions tailored to their operational needs.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including General Managers, Executive Chefs, and Facility Directors.
- Conduct on-site audits and performance reviews to ensure optimal utilization of Ecolab systems and chemical programs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure seamless implementation of sanitation protocols.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, revenue quotas, and account growth KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality, food service, or chemical/cleaning industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex client accounts and driving year-over-year revenue growth.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to perform onsite visits and manage a field-based schedule efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
