Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the industrial and commercial construction sectors.
- Provide expert technical consultation on Cooling and HVAC systems tailored to new construction projects.
- Drive new business development by identifying market trends and potential clients in the cooling industry.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitor industry competition and provide regular reports on market activities and sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Key Account Manager or Sales Engineer in the Industrial Cooling or HVAC sector.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial cooling systems, chillers, and building HVAC requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to clients.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits within the region.
