Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for duty free and export markets to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and grow key account portfolios, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with international distributors and retail partners
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to align sales initiatives with brand objectives
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior leadership
- Represent Carlsberg at international trade shows and industry events to strengthen market presence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with proven track record in duty free or export markets
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage complex commercial agreements
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages highly valued
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Strategic mindset with ability to develop and execute multi-channel sales plans
- Experience in FMCG or beverage industry strongly preferred
