Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in key account management (food/meat industry preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of meat industry dynamics and regulations
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
