- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the Northern Mindanao region
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts through strategic account planning
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive value-aligned offerings that drive mutual growth
- Understand client needs and market trends to provide insights for product development and business strategy
- Manage and track key account performance metrics to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports to senior management
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify competitive advantages
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management or B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the food and beverage industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Northern Mindanao market and business landscape is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
