You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and contribute to our overall growth in the competitive FMCG landscape.

Your strategic approach to account management will be instrumental in expanding CUCKOO's market presence and strengthening our brand relationships.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Acquire new Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) accounts with major retailers
  • Negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Terms of Trade (TOT) with retail partners
  • Develop and implement effective Retail Trade Marketing (RTM) strategies
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key retail accounts
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide regular reports on account performance and market insights

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sector, preferably in Modern Trade
  • Proven track record of successful negotiations with major retailers
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM software
  • Knowledge of the Malaysian retail landscape is advantageous
