- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key national clients across Malaysia
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth potential
- Forge and nurture long-term relationships with C-level decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management
- Represent Kuehne & Nagel at industry events and trade associations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales or account management
- Proven track record in developing client networks in the Malaysian market
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding industry
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
