Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire and onboard new corporate and government clients through strategic outreach and relationship building
- Manage and grow existing client portfolios by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Develop tailored commercial solutions aligned with government procurement regulations and corporate needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and present strategic account plans, forecasts, and performance reports
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service level agreements with key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with government procurement processes and corporate governance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management
- Proven track record in government sector sales or public sector procurement
- Strong understanding of Indonesian government bidding processes and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop and execute client growth plans
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
