We are currently seeking a highly motivated and strategic Key Account Manager, Oncology (Solid Tumor) to join our expanding team in Northern Malaysia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving market growth, managing high-value accounts, and building lasting partnerships with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for oncology products in the Northern Malaysia territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including Hospital Directors, KAMs, and Medical Specialists.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams (Medical, Market Access, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless customer support and product delivery.
  • Conduct regular territory reviews and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to regional leadership.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all local regulatory requirements, compliance policies, and AbbVie standards of business conduct.
  • Represent AbbVie at professional meetings and conferences to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, Key Account Management, or medical affairs, with a strong focus on Oncology or Solid Tumor therapeutic areas.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex accounts and achieving individual and team sales objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Northern Malaysia region (George Town, Penang, and surrounding areas).
  • Valid driving license and a commitment to driving safety.
