Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow existing accounts within the Personal Care product portfolio to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize market share and profitability.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with key clients and distributors to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor reviews to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to align on promotional activities and product launches.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FMCG, specifically within the Personal Care industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
