- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key pharmacy accounts to drive business growth
- Create and execute account-specific plans to maximize market penetration and sales performance
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

- Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of managing pharmacy channel accounts or similar B2B relationships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of Malaysia's healthcare landscape and pharmacy distribution channels
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision making
