- Manage and grow sales performance across modern trade and large retail accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize market share.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics) to ensure product availability.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with major retail buyers to secure favorable placements.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the FMCG or Retail sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a modern trade environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and market trends.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region (Kajang/Bangi/Serdang).
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
