As a Key Account Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing supply operations and ensuring seamless coordination between Shopee and SPX Express.
This role is based in Singapore but involves oversight of operations in the Philippines region, specifically Calamba, Laguna. You'll leverage your expertise in e-commerce and logistics to build strong partnerships and drive operational efficiency across the supply chain.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, particularly SPX Express operations in the Calamba region
- Oversee supply chain operations and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Identify growth opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximize business value
- Address client concerns promptly and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes and delivery timelines
- Prepare detailed reports on account performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the e-commerce or logistics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges
- Experience in supply chain management and logistics operations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Familiarity with Philippine logistics market is an advantage
- Proficiency in English with strong presentation and negotiation skills
