Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade partners to drive sales and brand growth
- Create and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional activities and campaigns
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to senior management
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, merchandising initiatives, and trade events
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with retail partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management or trade marketing
- Strong understanding of modern trade channels and retail operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
