- Develop and execute strategic account plans for UFS Chains & CPU clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
- Monitor KPIs and report on account performance metrics
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
- Drive new product launches and promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years in key account management or FMCG sales
- Proven track record in retail chain management
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
