Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key strategic accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify client needs and propose value-added solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive account management.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine account strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
  • Resolve client concerns and escalations promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a target-oriented environment.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
