- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts in mining, construction, and industrial sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to address client needs and provide customized solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in mining, construction, or industrial equipment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong network of contacts within the mining, construction, and industrial sectors
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
