Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and growth
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client portfolios and drive revenue expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions aligned with client needs
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify industry trends and competitive intelligence
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Implement CRM strategies to optimize account management processes and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management or B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Industry knowledge in FMCG, beauty, or healthcare sectors preferred
