- Manage and optimize online sales channels across multiple e-commerce platforms
- Oversee end-to-end sell-in and sell-out processes for key accounts
- Analyze sales performance data and implement strategic improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with online retail partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure promotional alignment

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales roles
- Proven track record in managing online sales channels
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian e-commerce landscape (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.)
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM systems
