Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and nurture relationships with strategic key accounts in the Bicol region to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement account-specific growth strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Supervise and monitor the end-to-end delivery process for key accounts, ensuring timely resolution of logistical issues.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with clients to provide data-driven insights and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to customize solutions based on client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity within the Albay region to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on account status, revenue performance, and forecast projections.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-value portfolios.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a local team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino/Bikolano.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Albay, Bicol Region.
