Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in key account management or sales supervision
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial data and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts
- Experience in the retail or consumer products industry is highly desirable
- Leadership abilities with experience managing teams or projects
