Dwi Cermat Indonesia is seeking a results-oriented Key Account Supervisor to join our team in Kemayoran. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our sales performance, responsible for developing strategic merchant partnerships, executing market penetration strategies, and ensuring we stay ahead in both traditional and modern trade landscapes.
You will lead initiatives to expand our merchant network, optimize transaction volumes, and foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders. We are looking for a professional who combines analytical planning skills with a 'hunter' mindset, capable of identifying untapped market opportunities and delivering consistent revenue growth for our financing products.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly acquisition targets.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard high-potential merchants across traditional and modern trade sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key account partners to ensure high retention and volume growth.
- Conduct deep market analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to optimize financing product penetration.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development within the consumer financing or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of managing and expanding merchant networks in the Indonesian market.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and modern retail trade dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
