Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, train, and supervise the daily performance of SPG/SPB teams in designated modern trade outlets.
- Ensure compliance with display standards, planograms, and brand visibility guidelines at all store locations.
- Monitor daily sales targets and implement tactical strategies to achieve or exceed KPIs.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide coaching and feedback to field staff.
- Resolve operational issues or customer complaints at the store level promptly and professionally.
- Prepare regular analytical reports on market trends, competitor activities, and team performance.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail supervision, sales force management, or key account handling, preferably in the FMCG or building materials industry.
- Deep understanding of Modern Trade Outlet (MTO) operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be based in or willing to be relocated to Makassar.
