- Coordinate and supervise SPG/SPB teams in assigned retail outlets
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for modern trade channels

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience in sales supervision or account management
- Proven track record in modern trade/retail operations
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Familiarity with FMCG retail environment preferred
