- Manage and maintain comprehensive key account records, documentation, and CRM systems
- Coordinate client communications, meetings, and service delivery across internal teams
- Prepare administrative reports, presentations, and proposals for key account stakeholders
- Handle billing inquiries, contract renewals, and account performance tracking
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve issues
- Support sales team through lead generation, pipeline management, and campaign coordination

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in administrative or client support roles
